We are proud to say that all Sunday Butter designs are printed right here in Australia! This supports local industry and means your goodies don't have to travel halfway around the world to get to you.

Production Time (The "Making" Part)
Because we are a sustainable, made-to-order studio, we don't hold stock in a warehouse. Instead, we print your item fresh as soon as you order it.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it leaves the studio.
  • Note: During busy periods (e.g., Christmas) or for complex items (like embroidery), this might take a little longer.

Shipping Time (The "Moving" Part)
Once your order leaves the studio, here is how long it typically takes to arrive:

Standard Shipping

  • Australia: 3-10 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days (varies by location)

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its journey.

  • Heads up: If you order multiple items (e.g., a tote and a tee), they may be shipped separately to get to you faster. Don't worry if one arrives before the other!

Important Policies

Address Changes 
Please double-check your address at checkout! Because our system processes orders automatically to get them to you fast, we are unable to change addresses once an order is placed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel leaves our hands, it is in the care of the courier (e.g., Australia Post). While we cannot be held responsible for courier delays or lost items, we will always do our very best to help you track it down. If you are worried, pop us an email at hello@sundaybutter.com.au.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
If you are ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties or taxes.

  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot predict or control these costs. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep an eye out for free shipping promos! Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
